A former member of Spears’ long-standing security team claimed that the bedroom had been hacked with an audio recorder which monitored Spears’ private conversations.
“Unauthorized recording or monitoring of Britney’s communications — especially attorney-client communications, which are a sacrosanct part of the legal system — represent an unconscionable and disgraceful violation of her privacy rights and a striking example of the deprivation of her civil liberties,” Rosengart told Fox News.
” Placing a listening instrument in Britney’s room would be especially horrifying and corroborate so many of her compelling, poignant testimonies,” Rosengart said. Mr. Spears’ actions have crossed into unimaginable territory. “
The documentary, directed by Samantha Stark and produced by Liz Day, is a follow-up to “Framing Britney Spears” which aired earlier this year. It involves bombshell claims about the control Spears’ team had over her day-to-day life under the 13-year conservatorship that she is desperately fighting to get out of.

For the first time, Alex Vlasov, a former employee of Black Box Security – the longtime security company for Spears – comes forward with allegations that the company allegedly carried out illegal and unethical practices to follow her every move. Vlasov alleges that the company placed an “audio recorder” in Spears’ bedroom, which recorded “her conversations with her boyfriend” and her children. “
The documentary claims the device recorded “180 hours of audio” from Spears’ bedroom.
Additionally, the film also consisted of allegations that Robin Greenhill of Tri Star Sports & Entertainment, who worked closely with Britney’s father Jamie Spears, wanted to mirror the singer’s phone with an iPad hooked up to her iCloud account to track her text messages with friends.

Greenhill allegedly asked the security team to encrypt Spears’ messages and send them to her father. Spears could not have anyone in her home, without the knowledge of her security team. The restrictions on Spears were described by him as “like minors who need their parents’ permission.” “
Additionally, Vlasov alleges security team members were instructed to hand Spears pre-packaged envelopes with her medications inside. Vlasov stated that his bosses told him this was the responsibility of the “client”. He claims that Jamie was the client.
A lawyer for Greenhill claimed that the allegations are false, while Jamie didn’t respond to inquiries pertaining to the documentary. His lawyer stated that he took the actions with Britney’s consent and court order. Jamie’s records as conservator and approval by the court of his actions speak for themselves. Jamie is a strong supporter of Britney and will do anything for her. His daughter is his priority and he will not stop supporting her. “
In early September, Jamie filed a petition to end the conservatorship. Rosengart submitted his documents this week proposing that the 10 year-old plus agreement to manage Spears’ finances and life ends in the fall. The arrangement will not require Spears to go through mental or medical evaluations.
Spears will be appearing in court on September to face her father. 29.
